Solvitol Aluminium Anti-Seize Spray

Description
Solvitol Aluminium Anti-Seize (HTL) has been specially designed for use during
the assembly of threaded or other components where protection against oxidation,
corrosion or chemical attack is required both at ambient and high temperatures.
Applications
It can be used on all types of components, including threads, pins, valve stems,
etc. and a wide range of materials including austenitic stainless steel. It is
particularly useful on aluminium alloy components where other coloured
lubricants would leave unsightly marks. Commonly used on the wheel studs where
alloy wheels are fitted.

Technical Data
Appearance : Silver grey viscous grease.
Contents : Blend of solvent neutral mineral oil, viscosity improver, acetone,
aluminium powder and hydrocarbon propellant.
Temperature range : -15OC to 1000OC
Water solubility : Insoluble.
Carrier : Non-melting grease.
Consistency : Soft grease

Directions for Use
Aerosol - Shake can well before use and spray from a distance of 15- 30cm (6 –
12 inches). Invert can and spray to clear valve and nozzle after use.
Caution - Ensure adequate ventilation.
