Solvitol Ready to Use Food Area Cleaner, Degreaser and Steriliser (M128) is a carefully formulated blend of surfactants, Quaternary Ammonium Compound and Non ionic sequestrants designed to give effective results against a wide range of bacteria.

It is a multi purpose and ready to use product formulated to clean and sterilise in one operation. Its powerful cleaning action will even remove light carbon deposits. It will not taint food and is therefore the ideal product for use in all food preparation areas.

Directions for Use

Spray on to surface to be cleaned from a distance of 6-8 inches. Wait for a minimum of 20 seconds to allow sterilisation to take place then wipe or rinse away with clean water. When cleaning large areas, spray on starting at the bottom of the surface to avoid streaking. As with all strong cleaning solutions care should be taken not to damage aluminium, glass and some painted surfaces.

Sterilisation

Contact time of 30 seconds gives a 99.999% kill.
